What Customer Service Means to Us!

It's 3:00pm in Lausanne, Switzerland, and we just got an email from a patient saying she had an emergency and she needs to cancel her 4:30pm dental appointment in Costa Rica. Team HuliHealth proceeds immediately to call the doctor in Costa Rica to cancel the appointment and confirms the cancelation with the patient. All in less than 10 minutes!
